Good to know
- What is a hotel day pass?
- Daytime access to a hotel's pool, spa, beach or lounge without staying overnight. You book a pass for a date and check in at the front desk.
- Do I need an account to book?
- No. You check out as a guest and get your booking reference as soon as you book. Use it with your email address to find and manage the booking later.
- What do I need at check-in?
- Your booking reference (digital is fine) and a photo ID. Once your booking is confirmed, the hotel is expecting you.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Most passes are free to cancel until 20:00 the day before; the exact window is shown on each pass before you book. After the window, a paid booking is non-refundable.
- Are prices all-inclusive?
- Where checkout takes payment, the total shown is all-in. Where you pay at the hotel, it's the hotel's own price, and if the hotel tells us a different price, we tell you before we confirm. Food, drinks and extras on site are charged by the hotel unless the pass includes a credit.
