- How does my recipient use the gift card?
- You'll get a code worth the amount you choose, to pass on. Using it towards a day pass at checkout is coming in a later phase of Hotelday.
- Does the gift card expire?
- Gift cards aren't on sale yet. When they are, how long they're valid will be shown on this page, on the card and in the email.
- Can I get a refund on a gift card?
- Gift cards aren't on sale yet. Their refund terms will be published on this page and in our Terms before they go on sale.
- Something's wrong with my order — who do I contact?
- Email info@hotelday.co and a person will help.
