How do you give a spa day for two?
There are two routes: a Hotelday gift card, or a specific spa day pass for the two of you. On 13 October 2026, only the second works.
A pass is a day in a hotel's spa without booking a room. You book it online, the hotel confirms your booking, and you pay at the hotel.
Can you give a Hotelday gift card instead?
Not yet. On 13 October 2026, the gift cards page says gift cards aren't open yet.
The page describes the plan. You choose an amount, add an optional message and get a code to share. Using the code towards a day pass at checkout arrives in a later phase.
Two limits apply. Hotelday hasn't set a validity period for gift cards, and refund terms aren't final. Its terms also say a gift card can't be used for a booking paid at the hotel, because Hotelday takes no payment for it.
Every spa day in this guide is paid at the hotel. Under today's terms, a Hotelday gift card couldn't cover any of them. The gift cards page has the current position.
Do any hotels sell their own vouchers?
Some do. Mediterranean Beach Hotel says gift vouchers are sold at the Aquum Spa reception. AMARA's official gift shop lists a voucher for its Cyprus Ancient Ritual & Spa Day Pass. These are the hotels' own vouchers with their own terms, so ask each hotel before you buy.
Which spa days for two can you book on Hotelday?
On 13 October 2026, each of these six hotels had a spa day pass on Hotelday. Every pass is per person. The booking form on the hotel page starts at two adults and shows the total for both.
You send a booking request and the hotel confirms your booking. You don't need an account. At the front desk, show your booking reference and a photo ID. Each pass shows its own cancellation window.
Theoxenia Palace (Orloff Spa), Kifisia
Theoxenia Palace (Orloff Spa)
Spa day access (indoor pool, sauna, hammam) · 12:00 to 20:00
Theoxenia Palace is at 2 Filadelfeos Street in Kifisia, in the northern suburbs of Athens. Orloff runs the spa.
The pass is a day of the facilities: the indoor heated pool, the sauna and the hammam, from 12:00 to 20:00. It's for adults and guests over 16. Treatments aren't included, and the hotel says they're by appointment with the spa.
For two, that means time together in the water and the steam, with nothing else attached. If you'd like treatments too, ask the Orloff Spa when you book.
The Met Hotel (M'Spa), Thessaloniki port area
The Met Hotel is on 26 Oktovriou Street, near the port. The M'Spa pass covers the indoor heated pool, the jacuzzi and the fitness centre. Towels, bathrobes, slippers and a locker are included.
The spa is open 08:00–21:00 on weekdays and 09:00–21:00 at weekends. Massages and facials aren't part of the pass.
The hotel's wellness page also lists a Day M' SPA package for 2 persons/couple, with a body massage and a facial. Hotelday doesn't sell that package, and the page doesn't say who can book it. Ask the spa.
Makedonia Palace (Hammam Baths), Thessaloniki seafront
The Hammam Baths at Makedonia Palace are open every day, 13:00–22:00. The Hotelday pass is a 60-minute self-bathing session for each person, not a full-day pass. It's a steam bath with olive-oil soap flakes and a natural loofah. Hotelday agrees your start time with the hotel.
The hammam's page also lists a private hammam for you and the people you bring. That isn't part of the Hotelday pass. Book it, and the hammam's rituals and massages, with the hammam directly.
Mediterranean Beach Hotel (Aquum Spa), Agios Tychonas
Mediterranean Beach Hotel is at 71 Amathus Avenue, east of Limassol centre. Its Aquum Spa has four dry treatment rooms, one of them for couples. The hotel doesn't say its passes use that room, so ask the spa.
There are two passes. Both include a 55-minute massage, the gym, sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi, and the indoor and outdoor pools. The Aquum Spa Day runs from 08:00 to 17:00. Hotelday's pass is valid Monday to Friday only.
The Mediterranean Spa Day is valid daily during the spa's opening hours. It adds a buffet breakfast, a 25-minute sea salt foot ritual and a 25-minute mini facial.
The hotel's own page lists the Mediterranean Spa Day with a price per person, a price per couple and a price for three persons. Hotelday prices it per person, so ask the spa which applies. Aquum Spa welcomes guests aged 18 and over.
AMARA (Amara Spa), Agios Tychonas
AMARA is at 95 Amathus Avenue, east of Limassol. Its pass is built around the Cyprus Ancient Ritual. That's a scrub with organic olive oil, crushed carob seeds and warmed grapefruit halves, followed by a full-body massage.
For the rest of the day you can use the spa and gym. That includes the indoor pool, the outdoor seawater pool, the aroma sauna and the thermal area. The hotel says the seawater pool is adults only.
The pass is for over-18s. Book your treatment time with the spa in advance. Hotelday's small print says the pass may not be valid around Christmas, New Year, Easter, on Valentine's Day or on bank-holiday weekends.
Elysium (Opium Health Spa), Paphos
Elysium is on the beach in Paphos, next to the Tombs of the Kings. The Afternoon Tea Spa Day pairs a 60-minute ESPA treatment, chosen from a short list, with afternoon tea at Café Occidental.
From 07:00 to 15:00 you can use the indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym, plus the outdoor pool area and sun loungers. Treatments run 10:00–14:00, and afternoon tea is served 12:00–18:30. Spa days are for ages 16 and over.
You book through a treatment request form with the spa reservations team. Ask for your two treatments at the same time.
What should a couple check before booking?
- Ages. Theoxenia Palace is for adults and guests over 16, and Elysium's spa days are for ages 16 and over. Aquum Spa welcomes guests aged 18 and over, and AMARA's pass is for over-18s. We found no age rule for The Met's M'Spa or the Makedonia Palace hammam.
- Treatments. The passes at Mediterranean Beach Hotel, AMARA and Elysium include treatments. At Theoxenia Palace, The Met and Makedonia Palace, you get the facilities or the hammam session.
- Days. Hotelday's Aquum Spa Day pass is valid Monday to Friday only. AMARA's pass may not be valid on Valentine's Day.
- Treatment times. Where treatments are included, the spa sets the times. If you want yours together, ask for the same time.
- Checking in. The front desk asks for the booking reference and a photo ID. We can't confirm whether someone else can check in on your booking. If the person you're treating will go without you, ask the hotel first.
- Cancelling. Each pass shows its own cancellation window before you book.
Which spa day suits the two of you?
- Time in the water, nothing else: Theoxenia Palace, or The Met Hotel.
- A traditional hammam: Makedonia Palace, a 60-minute session for each of you.
- A massage and the facilities on a weekday: the Aquum Spa Day at Mediterranean Beach Hotel.
- A longer day with breakfast, a massage and a mini facial: the Mediterranean Spa Day.
- A scrub, a massage and a seawater pool: AMARA.
- A treatment followed by afternoon tea: Elysium.
How did we choose?
Hotelday sells spa passes at more hotels than these. From Athens, Thessaloniki, Limassol and Paphos, we picked a small set that differ: facilities only, a hammam session, and days with treatments. We checked each against the hotel's own website on 13 October 2026.
The list runs Greece first, then Cyprus, and within a city it follows our city spa guide. It isn't a ranking. We left out hotels Hotelday doesn't sell, because this guide is about spa days you can book here.
Where can you read more?
Each city has a spa guide with more hotels: Athens, Thessaloniki, Limassol and Paphos and Nicosia.
